A

It’s reliable as only the performer knows how they’re feeling about how well they did while performing an activity. They can use this reliable information to then construct a PDP based on there developmental needs

A

qualitative information such as recorded coach feedback allows me to gather permanent data. This provides me with a starting point so I can then repeat this method during my PDP to compare results and see if improvements have been made

ollecting quantitative information supports qualitative information collected which means that data gathered is more reliable. This provides the performer the opportunity to accurately identify development needs to plan a programme

Why should a performer collect quantative data - goal setting

A

Collecting quantative data will give u a specific score, this score will then give a baseline measurement of your ability in that specific sub factor, this means that realistic goals can be set as a result of these, meaning they will be more reachable giving a motivation boost to the motivation of a performer meaning they will see greater improvements
