- Cushing disease - An ACTH releasing adenoma, or corticohyperplasia in hipophisis.
- Paraneoplastic secretion of ACTH, usually from SCLC

A
MC is adrenal adneoma, but can also be carcinoma or hyperplasia.
ACTH will be low

Due to use of external steroids, causes low ACTH and atrophy of adrenal
