Model starts from presumption of innocence
➖ faith in 👮‍♀️ ability, 🥷 rights= protected by rules of due process
All trials+ investigations need to follow rules ie: arrest, questioning, no secret trials…
Challenges prosecution to prove guilt
ie: prosecution lose case, 🥷= free, better the 🥷= free than ⛓️ (prisioning) innocent person
