Theft aggregate £200 or less is summary only (but may elect CC).
Maximum sentence = 7 Years
How is burglary classified?

Indictable only if domestic burglary, with: a) commission or intent to commit GBH; or b) if anyone in the dwelling was subject to violence or threat of violence; or c) if the defendant was to be convicted, it would be their third conviction for domestic burglary.
Max sentence = 14 Years (Dwelling), 10 Years (Non-Dwelling)
