Cucumber Mule
Glass: Collins
1.5 oz Prairie Organic Cucumber Vodka
1.5 oz Yuzu Turmeric Lemonade
“Q” Ginger Beer
Build in glass over ice. Fill with ginger beer, roll or stir.
Garnish: Cucumber coin
Zuzu Mango Tango
Glass: Traditional Coupe
2 oz “ZMT” (Grilled jalapeño-infused Patron Silver tequila)
1.5 oz Reàl Mango Syrup
3/4 oz Agavero
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Paint one stripe of simple syrup onto one-third edge of glass, roll in Tajin. Shake cocktail and double-strain neat.
Garnish: Dehydrated lime wheel
Signature Bloody Mary
Glass: Tajin-rimmed chilled pint
2 oz Farm-Fresh Infusion Tito’s Vodka
Fill mostly with Chaco Flaco Fire-Roasted Blood Mary Mix
Float small layer of Chaco Flaco Verde Maria Mix
Garnish: Elaborate
Copa Gin + Tonic
Glass: Copa
2 oz Botanist Gin
Fill Glass half with ice. Add lemon wheel, rosemary sprig, and 3 juniper berries. Fill ice. Pour half bottle of tonic table-side (or in front of bar guest), leave remainder of bottle with guest.
Sunny Margarita
Glass: Double Old Fashioned Bucket
1.5 oz featured tequila
.5 oz Cointreau
2 oz House Agave Sour
One-third salt-rim glass. Shake cocktail and strain over new ice. Top small squirt of orange juice.
Garnish: Lime wedge and lemon wedge
Happy Pineapple
Glass: Tiki Hurricane
1.5 oz Pau Maui Vodka .5 oz Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur .5 oz Ancho Reyes Liqueur 1 oz Hibiscus Syrup 1 oz Pineapple Juice .5 oz Lemon Juice
Shake and strain over new ice.
Garnish: Lemon wheel and pineapple frond, with 10-inch straw
Floridita
Glass: Snifter
1 oz Bacardi Rum 1 oz Grapefruit Juice .5 oz House Agave Sour .5 oz Luxardo Maraschino .5 oz Giffard Pamplemousse .25 oz Select Aperitivo
Shake and strain over new ice in a snifter.
Garnish: Grapefruit 1/8 wheel “triangle”
