Pick 10-12 Super sick Jalapenos from Chef’s Vegetable Garden. Clean well and cut an X into the tip of each pepper. If you ask the Garde Manger Chef real nice he or she may help you grill and char them up. Soak in 1 full case of Patron Silver.
Check flavor periodically for heat, smoke, and vegetal flavor. Adjust as needed and bottle when ready. Generally takes between 6 hours and 8 days.

20 ounces Cranberry Juice 15 ounces Liquid Alchemist Tamarind Syrup 10 ounces Pineapple Juice 10 ounces Fresh Lime Juice Whisk together.

30 oz Lemon Juice.
Whisk it briskly.

30 oz Lemonade
20 oz Monin Turmeric Syrup
10oz Yuzu Extract

In a medium sauce pan, combine: 4 cups white cane sugar 4 cups filtered water 24 juniper berries 16 whole cloves ½ fluid ounce black lava salt Stir. Boil. Remove from heat. Pour over 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers. Let steep at least 20 minutes until color is perfect. Strain, reserve liquid.
