Our pasta pomodoro is a take on classic dish. Fresh garlic is sliced thin and sweated off in extra virgin olive oil and cooked down for hours with a mix of fresh and San Marzano tomatoes. It is served with bucatinni pasta and finished with fresh basil, burrata cheese and parmesan
