focuses on the rightness or wrongness of actions themselves

focuses on the rightness or wrongness of the consequences of those actions

begin to sympathize with own POV
Pseudo-Efficacy
donations decrease
when you include overwhelming statistics because the positive feelings of potentially helping someone are overshadowed by large # of ppl who still need help
