How to sow indoors
Sow seeds in a glasshouse in April in 7.5cm pots. Sow 25mm deep and keep the temp at 15 deg C. Transplant to the cropping site in June.
How to sow outdoors
Sow outdoors in May. 3 seeds per site. Once germination has taken place, thin to the strongest one

How to store
Store courgettes in the fridge. Blanch and freeze.
How long to store for
store in the fridge for 1 week. Frozen they can last up to 1 year.

Aphids. Shrivelled leaves. Blast with strong jet of water and spray with fatty acids.
One disease and it’s controls
Botrytis (grey mould). Improve air circulation, remove infected leaves, avoid watering from above.
