- Erythmea multiforme
- Steven Johnson syndrome
- G.I. disturbances skin rashes
- megaloblastic anaemia (rare)
- bone marrow suppression
- leucopenia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia

What are the uses of Cotrimoxazole
A
- UTI - Gram-negative organisms such as E. coli, Proteus, enterobacter spp.
- Bacterial prostatitis
- bacterial respiratory infection, acute and chronic bronchitis - S. pneumonia and H. influenza
- Acute maxillary sinusitis and otitis media
- Bacterial diarrhoea shigella, E. coli, salmonella spp. 
- Typhoid fever
- Pneumocystis Jiroveci Infection and prophylaxis
- Nocardiosis
- Chancroid
