Cosmetology Technical Advisory Committee
Committee shall consist of 7 members appointed by the state board of health for two year term
Member can not serve more then 10 years on the committee
The Tech. Advisory committee shall compose of the following representatives from within the cosmetology industry, with good morals character and who at least 25 years of age
1 member shall be a licensed cosmetologist actively engaged in the practice for at least 5 years
1 member shall be a licensed nail tech
1 member shall be an owner of a licensed school or shall be a director at a state supported school
1 member shall be a licensed aesthetician
And three members shall represent the cosmetology at large or a related field
Investigations

Licenses Shall expire ?
On the licensees birthday on a biennial basis
Licenses of schools, establishments, and mobile salons shall expire in 1 of the following ways ?
Annually on Dec. 31
Biennially on Dec. 31
Or Biennially on the owners birthday
After a licensed has been expired for 5 years you have to
Retake all test, and pay all fees
A licensed who is 65 years of age or old and has been actively engaged in the practice or teaching of cosmetology for 30 or more years can ?
