  1. Meta-analyses show that it’s an effective method of service delivery
  2. used to positively influenene educational and psychological well-being of all student by enchancing psychological, edudcational, and mental health skills of teacher so all student can benefit
  3. teachers may learn skills that will help with similar issues in the future
  4. may be a step before SPLED placement by remediating child/teacher issues
  5. SP must first focus on their expertise w/ adults
