Clinical tests for carpal tunnel?

Thenar wasting
Tinel’s Test - tap median nerve
Phalens; hold hands in reverse pray position.

Management of carpal tunnel
A
NSAIDs, night time splint, steroid injection.

Cubital tunnel syndrome tests?
A
Froments test. - hold piece of paper between thumb and index finger, should be able to stop u from pulling away.
Mx = NSAIDs.

Radial tunnel syndrome?
A
Pain 4-5cm distal to the lateral epicondyle.
Symptoms worse when extending elbow and pronating forearm.
