32 year old women trips on kerb with eversion of foot, displaced # of medial malleolus and fracture of fibula above level of tibia-fibulae join
Open reduction and internal fixation.
If both malleolus displaced a fibulae fracture at or above the tibiofibular ligament what do u do?
Surgical plating of fibula.
If significant medial mallolar fragment then what do u do?
Fix with screw or worse.
Management of an old man who falls at home and has a fracture of his left inferior and superior pubic ramps but intact femur?
Analgesia and active mobilisation (avoid prolonged bed rest)

Scaphoid plaster and sling, apply a case and follow up in clinic in 4 weeks time.
