Cardiovascular endurance
The ability of the heart and circulatory system to meet the demands of the body for long periods of time
Muscular endurance
The ability to move your body and muscles repeatedly without fatigue
Speed
The ability to move quickly across the ground or move limbs rapidly through movement
strength
The maximum force a muscle/group of muscles can apply against a resistance
Power
Combination of maximum speed and strength
Flexibility
Range of movement available around the joint
Agility
The ability to change direction at speed and stay in control
Balance
Yeah ability of the performer to retain their centre of mass over the base of support
Coordination
Ability to move to a more parts of the body at the same time
Reaction time
Time it takes to respond to a stimulus or movement
