Description: Fresh flour tortillas made by our unique tortilla machine.
Customization Rule:First basket is served with Mesquite grilled entrees automatically. Only take one basket per table unless there are more than 4 people, then take 2. Refill the tortilla basket on request. Ask first if they would like more tortillas. Accompaniment: **Guest Request only: Butter, butter pats.
Important note: flour tortillas are served 4 to an order, wrapped in a napkin, placed in a tortilla basket. NEVER place more than one wrap of tortillas in a basket. Each wrap is served in its own basket.

Chips & Salsa

Fresh Chips and Salsa made daily
Customization Rule (table): First basket of chips is served automatically. Refill chip basket on request. Remove when the entree phase starts. Ask the guest if they would like you to remove the chip basket. If they keep the basket, then refill after asking the guest.
Customization Rule (Bar): Serve chips on request only. Refil the chip basket on request. Ask the guest if they would like more chips.

Super Hot Salsa

Uncle Julio’s signature salsa is blended with roasted habanero peppers.

A flat bread made from corn meal masa.
Customization Rule: Guest request only.
