1- Cardinal ligaments
2- Wertheim’sche Tunnel (cardinal ligament/ant. bladder pillar)
3- Intramural portion of the ureter
4- Dorsal to IP ligament near pelvic brim
5- Lateral pelvic sidewall (above the uterosacrals)
