Contractor corrects defects whether or not Supervisor has notified it
How can defects be incorporated into the works
If they are immaterial, the contractor and PM may propose to each other that the Scope should be changed so that a defect does not have to be corrected (45.1)
Contractor submits quotation for reduced Prices or earlier Completion Date or both
If accepted by PM, appropriate revisions are made
What is a defect correction period
Each defect has its own defect correction period (typically 2-3 weeks)
