A task-specific toolbar that appears and disappers depending on the action you are performing.

The progra that controls the basic operation of your computer.
Quick access toolbar
A toolbar at the top of the program window that contains buttons for saving, undoing, and redoing tasks.

Program Window
The main work area, where you will enter, format, and edit information.
Save
To store the updates you have made to your document and keep the file with its current namem and its current location.
Screen Tip
A window that displays when you move th e mouse over a button that says the nae of the button and any keyboard shortcuts.
Scroll Bar
A bar used to move up and down in the screen when there i smore information that can be viewed at once.
Suite
A group of programs, such as microsoft Office, with different functions, which are designed to work together to share information and create a variety of files.
Zoom
To change the magnification of a document.
