• Admin company completes a paper CIDS
• Fax form thru chain to Borough or Command Chief
• Once approved Borough/Command will fax to FDOC
• FDOC will have Starfire enter info
• No action necessary on Ecids application
• Message in units Ecids application stating “pending”
