By using visual aids like charts and graphs, structuring the information logically, and providing insightful summaries for each scenario.
I communicated well with the client by addressing their questions promptly, and ensuring the presentation was tailored to their specific concerns.
Didcot – how did you challenge the applicant’s values?
How did you negotiate an acceptable resolution?
How was this documented?
I challenged the applicant’s values by providing relevant comparable evidence that would support my argument.
I negotiated by also taking on board some evidence provided by the applicant to reach a middle ground.
This was documented in reports that were provided as updates to the original FVA report.
