A

Message and response, feedback/confirmation received, pressure to justify so message is understood.

Vertical communication

A

Down the hierarchy e.g, subordinates receive info from managers. Up hierarchy e.g, sales assistant asking store manager about problems. Workers involved- mayo-manager involvement.

A

Same level of hierarchy, e.g a team.
