they are infectious and can be spread from person to person by pathogens

What does it lead to
Human papilloma virus (HPV) is extremely common. In most people it is essentially harmless.
In some people,HPV can cause CERVICAL CANCER
around 3000 women die of cervical cancer in the UK each year

Tuberculosis (TB) is a communicable lung disease. TB can be FATAL
why can people with HIV not fight of diseases like tuberculosis?
