Hindfoot everts to compensate for varus positioning of forefoot
- decreased arch
- callus under 2-3 mT
- Hallux valgus
Tx: FO with forefoot posting.

A
Hindfoot does not have available eversion.
-callus and pressure on 4-5
Tx- FO with forefoot posting.

Soft tissue deformity
Tx- physical therapy to stretch

A
2-3 degrees of inversion is normal.
Tx- FO with rear foot medial posting.
Forefoot posting.

Tx- FO with rear foot medial posting.

A
Attempted rear foot varus to reduce valves.
High incidence of lateral ankle sprains
Tx- FO with lateral forefoot posting, rear foot stabilization.
