Welcome on board this Da-42.
The seatbelts operate like in a car, make sure that are correctly adjusted and fastened.

an emergency latch on the roof to remove the door from the hinges.
There is a first aid kit in the baggage compartment area, a sick bag and a fire extinguisher in front of you.
For the passenger sitting in the front seat, please make sure that you keep clear of the controls.
In case of evacuation, follow the pilot in command instructions, if the canopy were jammed there is
an axe below the seat to break the canopy.

This will be a left-hand seat take-off from RW 20/02.
The wind is … and the runway state is …
I will rotate at 76 kts.
Any ISSUE before rotation: I will close the power levers, apply gently the brakes rejecting the take-
off and call the ATC “c/s, stopping”
In the event of an ENGINE FAILURE OR FIRE after rotation but below 85 knots: I will close the power
levers, lower the nose, check the gear down and land straight ahead on the remaining runway
available, applying the engine shutdown memory drills after landing and evacuating the aircraft if
necessary informing the ATC.
In the event of an ENGINE FAILURE OR FIRE after rotation and above 85 knots: I will CONTROL the
aircraft, and continue with the asymmetric take-off by following the EFATO drills, assessing the
aircraft performance and calling for a PAN PAN or a MAY DAY requesting a visual circuit to land.
