Implied warranty
Products and completes operations
Persons or firms doing installation work, construction, servicing, or repair are exposed to potential legal liability from the completed operations. Injury/damage under this coverage must occur away from the premises the insured owns or rents
Owners and contractors protective liability
Arises out of the work an independent contractor or subcontractor performs for, or on behalf of, the insured
Commercial general liability coverage forms
The commercial general liability coverage part of the commercial package policy may be written on an occurrence form or claims made form
 Cover trigger for an occurrence form is the date of loss, where as the covered trigger for a claims made form as a date the claim is submitted
Claims made form
To reduce the insurers claims exposure a claims made form may be written. This form offers essentially the same coverage as an occurrence form, except that the claims are only covered if both the damages and the notice of claim take place while the policies in force.
Extended reporting periods
Allow for occurrences to be reported after the end of the policy period, Provided that the currency of themselves took place while the policy was still in effect.
Basic extended reporting period Consists of the following two parts
Mini tail-this tail provides a 60 day period for the reporting of claims that result from occurrences that took place after the retroactive date before the end of the policy
Midi tail-this tail provides a five-year period for a claimant to present a claim arising from an occurrence that took place after the retroactive date before the end of the policy period.
Supplemental extended reporting period(maxi tail) - an optional reporting period of unlimited duration that may be purchased by endorsement if requested within 60 days of the end of the policy term
Section 1 coverages
Coverage A bodily injury/prop damage
Coverage B- personal and advertising injudy liability
The insural will pay for sums that the insured becomes obligated to pay due to personal and advertising injury, including the duty to defend the insured in any suit seeking those damages.

Coverage C- medical expense
Then Cheryl pay for medical expenses, due to bodily injury of customers, caused by an accident of the insurance premises or because of the insurance operations. 1 year to report.
Supplementary payments
- Apply to coverages A and B only
- They cover loss of earnings up to $250 a day
- They are paid in addition to the limit of liability
