Business owners policy (bop)
The business owners policy is a package policy designed for a small to medium size business firms. The business owners forum provides to an illegible business what a homeowners policy provides to private residential insureds. The policy is multi line , Combining property and liability coverages under one form.
Eligible risks
The business owners policy was designed for small to medium size businesses that do not engage in high risk or highly specialized operations. Businesses that generate over 6 million an annual gross revenue or the occupy more than 35,000 ft.² of space are ineligible.

Apartment building, building occupies 20,000 ft.² of area, small business

General aggregate
All losses, except those that fall within the products completed operations hazard, including medical expenses, personal injury, advertising injury offenses committed. This aggreagte limit is twice the liability and medical expenses limits in the declarations.
Rating the BOP
Property coverage is rated based on building and personal property limits. Rates include built-in charges, known as loading, for business income and other included coverages, rather than calculating those separately.
