Etiology:
Overthinking, chronic illness, old age, excess sex, overeat hot natured food

KD Yin Def Symptoms:
Tinnitus, dizziness, LB & knee pain/soreness, night sweat, hot flash, 5 center heat

HT Fire:
Insomnia, irritability, dream disturbed sleep, palpitation

Pathogenesis: insufficient HT & KD yang, cannot warm chest and body causing cold and dampness to accumulate inside with blood stasis.

Etiology:
Chronic illness, old age

HT Yang Def Symptoms:
Palpitations, fearful throbbing, blueish purpleish nails and lips

Def Cold Symptoms:
Cold limbs, fatigue,
T: puffy, watery coating / P: deep, thready, weak, slow

KD Yang Def Symptoms:
LB & knee weakness, edema on limbs, scanty urine

Pale face/complexion, SOB, fatigue, spontaneous sweat
T: pale, white coat / P: weak or knotted

LU Symptoms:
