Diclofenac
preferential COX-2 inhibitor, which can be an effective chemoproventive agent in colon cancer
Supplements
Vitamin D3 1100 IU daily seems to be beneficial
Low-dose fish oil may be useful to reduce inflammation
Sea cucumber extract has potential chemopreventive properties
Sour orange has protective liminoid properaties
How to prevent future polyps
Hih compliance iwth low-fat high-fiber diet associated with reduced risk of adenoma recurrence
Omit trans-fats as much as possible
High intake of flavonols (beans,onions, apples, tea)
