- No vasculature
2. Continuous with ileocecal fold -> helps find ileum

- Continuous with lateral band of cecocolic fold (attaches to lateral band of RVC)
- Use this to palpate colon in situe from right -> cranial -> left -> pelvic flexure

Large Colon Volvulus (LCV)
- Most will be 360 degrees clockwise when viewed from rear
- RVC rotates dorsomedially
- commonly at cecocolic fold
