reintroduce gluten
TTG antibodies (IgA) first line
endomyseal IgA- need to look for selective IgA deficiency
IgG
endoscopic intestinal biopsy- gold standard
- villous atrophy, crypt hyperplasia, increase intraepithelial lymph, lamina propria infiltration with lymph
