What is a cerebral tremor?
A
Slow broad tremor of extremities that occur at the end of purposeful movement

What is cerebellar tremor accompanied by?
A
- Dysarthria
- Nystagmus
- Gait problems
- Postural tremor of trunk and neck

A
Lesion in pyramidal tract

Signs of raised ICP?
A
- Nausea

Unilateral parietal lobe lesion
A
- Contralateral hemihypersthesia
- Mild hemiparesis
- Parietal ataxia
- Homonymous hemianiopia or inferior quadrantopia
Left (usually dominant) - Sensory aphasia
- Gerstmann syndrome (dysgraphia, dyscalculia, finger agnosia, left right disorientation)
Right (usually non dominant) - Left extinction phenomenon
- Left visual field neglect
- Neglect on the left side of the body
- Anosognosia
- Impaired special processing
- Dressing apraxia

- Contralateral homonymous hemianopia or quadrantanopsia
