When to refer for suspected colorectal cancer?

Answer 1

>40 yo with unexplained weight loss and abdominal pain
>50 with unexplained rectal bleeding
>60 with iron def anaemia or change in bowel habit. 
Positive FOBT (screening of 60-74yo)

Consider referral for:
- rectal or abdominal mass
- unexplained anal mass or anal ulceration
- <50 with rectal bleeding and any of:
Abdo pain, change in bowel habit, weight loss, or iron def anemia.
