H shape pattern
look for diplopia and blurred vision
what symptoms occur in an oculomotor nerve palsy?
diplopia
ptosis
down and outwards pupil movement
inability to elevate, depress or adduct the pupil
dilated pupil
What is the cause of an oculomotor nerve palsy?
raised intracranial pressure
artery aneursym
cavernous sinus infection
trauma
