documented by issuing final certificate of paymnet
What documents are submitted prior to final payment?
- cert to maintain liability insurance
- memorandum for cert of insurance with no reason for nonrenewal
- outstanding warranties
- consent of surety to final payment
- lien waiver
- final change order (if applicable)
Responsibilities of arch in close out process?
- review project files
- invoices paid
- close out consultant contracts
- meeting in 1 year
What are arch’s role in commissioning?
- assist CXa to identify systems and timing of construction schedule
