Q

What is “FIT”?

A

Assessing a candidate for fit is a fine goal; it can allow you to determine if the candidate’s preferences, style, and values align with those of the organization, and if they will adapt well, feel they belong, thrive, and enhance the organization

However, you must be able to:

  • Clearly define organization culture & goals
  • Define what attributes, traits & characteristics align with the culture & goals (or enhance them)
  • Reliably determine if a candidate possesses those specific attributes
  • Check the process for biases
