A

The fundamental individual freedoms like freedom of speech, religion and association with BoR intended to give individual freedom to government authority

A

Addition protections to ensure groups of citizens aren’t discriminated against
Coming from equal protection laws in the 14th amendment
Usually for enslaved people but supreme court used Brown v Board and Roe v Wade to reach decision
