NYHA functional classification
1-no limitation, ordinary physical activity doesn’t cause symptom of heart failure
2-slightly limitation, comfortable at rest, ordinary physical activity cause symptoms heart failure
3-marked limitation, less than OPA cause HF
4-unable to carry on any PA
