List the six main signs and symptoms for CFS
A
- Tiredness not relieved by bed rest
- Severe enough to prevent participation in most activities
- Tiredness > 24 hrs after considerably light and easy exercise
- Forgetfulness; Confusion; Concentration problems
- Muscle weakness, all over, or multiple locations, not explained by nay known disorder
- Sore throat; Sore lymph nodes in the neck or under the arms

List four conventional therapies used for CFS
A
Mainly based around management:
- Relaxation and stress management; communication
- Balanced diet; avoiding sugar and drinks
- NSAIDs: low-dose antidepressants
- Nutritional supplementation
