Has a personal touch = can be based on what’s relevant at the time

A form of non liturgical worship depending on spontaneous prayers and sharing thoughts
Examples of informal worship
Charismatic worship = led as if the Holy Spirit were present
Not necessarily intelligible but in tongue and singing
Quaker worship = in silence to build relationship with god
Advantages of informal worship
More genuine with how spontaneous it is

Takes place in the worshippers home by themselves
