  • a pass in a team game because the set up of the other will change every pass therefore it is never the same
  • the team you are playing will change therefore that’s an open skill because it can’t be predicted

A

When the skill is performed in a predictable environment where performers dont have to adapt actions during doing the skill.

A

-Shot put is a closed skill because the environnement you are competing in it remains the same.
- Diving is also a closed skill because the environment does not affect the way that the skill is completed
