In order to be fulfilled in identity,
1. Have own sense of self
2. Reconsider goals and values of parents and culture
Adolescent relationships with adults
- Disputes with parents become more common
- Identity search can clash with parents desire for control
Adolescent romance
1.Often group dating
EX: friend groups will all pair off
2. Peer admiration (all the girls like the same popular guy ect.)
3. One sided crushes

How is technology affecting our brains?
- Many of us are addicted due to the dopamine released with receiving a notification
- We try to media multitask
- This reduces our memory capability
- We now experience a “phantom buzz”
- Our nervous system is becoming impaired
Effects of cyberbullying
It effects a victim’s identity formation, as they are much more likely to be depressed or suicidal
Why does the identity crisis begin with adolescents?
Adolescents have peer pressure revolving around who they are and what they represent, as well as the most freedom and lack of responsibility

Direction of a persons attraction
1. Girls tend to be more fluid due to higher social acceptance
