1. Oom Dirk het so teenoor Greg opgetree omdat hy van Greg se agtergrond geweet het en hom a.g.v. sy pa se reputasie beoordeel het.( Uncle Dirk acted this way towards Greg because he knew about Greg’s background and because of him assessed his father’s reputation.)

   hy kom sê jammer. hy sê dat hy dit nie kan sê nie, want Greg is nie sy pa nie(He came to see Greg to tell him that he could not judge him for the things his father had done.)

Die stres het hom geforseer om af te tree. or hy is nie meer n polisie man nie as gevolg van stres maar hy weet van die donker wereld(Uncle Dirk was in the police and knows what the dark world of the web has done to people. The stress forced him to retire.)
