A
Meditation - Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and relax. Focus on the here and now.
Affirmations -I’m getting stronger and leaner. Repeat over and over.
Visualization -Buy yourself a smaller size shirt. Visualize yourself fitting in it and tell yourself you will.
Anchoring - “I’m getting leaner” (clap)
