Warm pack before and after. Prewarmed to 37 C or 98.6 degrees

- Arm in supine position
- Iodine swab
- Alcohol pad
- Blood pressure cuff at 40 mmHg
- Make cut 5 cm below crease
- Blot every 30 seconds until no more bleeding
- Bandage
