Amendment 1:
Protects the freedom of religion and freedom of speech, protects freedom of the press, freedom of peaceful assembly, and the right to petition the government
Amendment 2:
Protects the right to bear arms
Amendment 3
Protects from having to quarter soldiers
Amendment 4
Protects citizens against unreasonable searches and seizures without a warrant based on reasonable grounds.
Amendment 5
guarantees a person accused of a crime the right to remain silent and not incriminate oneself and also guarantees a person accused of a crime can not be tried for the same crime twice
Amendment 6
guarantees a person accused of a crime the right to a fair and speedy trial and the right to an attorney
Amendment 8
protects against excessive bail and against cruel and unusual punishment
