- Ex. Noticing my mate is good enough to face 130kmph in cricket, i’m gonna set the bowling machine at 130kmph to challenge him

- Easy to administer
- Is Convenient
- Immediate feedback

- Not well backed up
- It’s subjective
- Less valid and low accuracy

- Stored evidence
- Can be used by the athlete to view discussion points (Camera under the water in swimming, following the athlete’s movement)
- Can be reviewed
- Accurate
