what is business process?
in a collection of linked tasks which find their end in the delivery or a service or product to a client. A business processes has also been defined as a set of activities and tasks that , once completed, will accomplish an organization
process efficiency
derived from having a streamlined set of activities that result in the maximum possible output: inefficient processes can lead to expending more resources usually money and/or manpower than what is necessary, and taking more time to complete
process effectiveness
derived from having a repeatable and desirable outcome: ineffective processes can lead to customer or employees being frustrated
Information Silo
a condition where data is isolated in separated information systems resulting in duplicating data leading to “Data Integrity” issues
