EG: I = loss of earnings, cost of transport if can’t drive, cost of carer if needed
C = loss of productivity, loss of income/time if family member needs to help you

C = stress and anxiety about the individual
Safer P Platers
- By the TAC (transport accident commissions)
- aims to educate parents on driving risks
- gives strategies to improve Childs safety
- sections on night driving, drink driving, peer pressure, bad weather with explanations of risks and advice
- provides phone app called Road mode app which prevents drivers from going on phone and mutes incoming texts/calls
- prevents injuries by increasing awareness of road hazards
