Reliability
The degree to which results of a study can be replicated under similar conditions
Operational definition
The definition of an abstract concept used by researcher to measure manipulate the concepts in a research study

Server response scale that involves pictorial response categories for participants would low verbal skills
Face validity
On the surface is study or skill appears to be intuitively valid
Dependent/response variable
A variable that is measured were absent from an individual
